Cancellation

A 10% cancellation charges will be applied as a processing fee to any booking made and reserved.

Cancellation Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 1 day notice for any tour cancellations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation with more than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your tour with more than 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a refund. However, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 72 hours.
Cancellation within 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your tour with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled tour, your payment will be non-refundable.

Kiburi Homestay Terms

Rates are commissionable at 10% for Travel and Tour Operators.

• Cancellation Notice Period Customer Refund / Payment Obligation 14 Days or More before Check – in 90% Refund of deposit/amount paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 13 – 4 Days before Check – in 75 % Refund of the total booking cost. Less than 72 – 48 hours before Check – in 50 % Refund . 50 % cost of the booking is retained/charged.
• Less than 24 hours or No – Show (Failure to arrive) No Refund (0% Refund). The full cost of the booking is retained/charged
